Crews battled a fire at a barn last night in Cherry Township.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center around midnight for a barn on fire in the 200 block of Hungarian Road.
Crews got on scene and found a fully involved fire. It was soon upgraded to a second alarm.
The barn also housed cattle, but at this time it’s unknown if any of the cows were injured.
Crews were able to knock down the fire in a half hour, but extensive overhaul was required.
The extent of damage is not known at this time.
