A Valencia man accused of harassing a neighbor in Middlesex Township has been placed in the Butler County Prison.
Police say 62-year-old Albert McKelvey was charged with stalking, harassment, and criminal trespassing.
According to charging documents, McKelvey was taking packages from a neighbor’s home and also left the victim several voicemails. Some included McKelvey saying the victim and he “were meant to be together” and asking to spend time with the victim’s minor child.
After being told not to contact the victim, McKelvey is alleged to have left an envelope an the victim’s door with keys inside. It’s also alleged McKelvey was caught on video walking around the victim’s home at night.
His bail was set at $100,000 and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for March 31.
