Governor Josh Shapiro has once again joined a lawsuit against the Trump Administration, this time over interference in state-run elections.
The lawsuit includes 21 other states and challenges the executive order issued by Trump last week to establish a list of eligible voters through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
This order would also limit how elections may be conducted by using the United States Post Service (USPS) to restrict mail-in voting.
Shapiro notes that the U.S. Constitution makes clear that elections are to be run by the states in a nonpartisan fashion.
