Butler City Police have arrested and charged a man for allegedly selling drugs from his apartment.
On Saturday just before 8 p.m. police served a search warrant at an apartment on the 400 block of North Washington Street for 32-year-old Cameron Kelly.
Inside the home, officers allegedly found packaging materials to sell crack-cocaine, digital scale, and over five grams of crack-cocaine.
Kelly has been charged with two counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver.
Kelly’s bail was set at $25,000 and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for April 27.
