A Butler man is facing charges after being accused of attacking someone and their children in a vehicle in the City of Butler.
The incident happened Saturday in the 500 block of Eau Claire Street when a caller reported to police that a man was banging a metal pipe on their vehicle while their children were in the car. He also allegedly threatened to hurt and kill everybody in the vehicle.
The suspect was identified as 55-year-old Dana Robinson. He left the scene before police arrived. However, he was soon taken into custody on Fifth Street.
Robinson also allegedly got into a fist fight with another person, but that victim fled the scene.
Robinson has been placed in the Butler County Prison and charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, and terroristic threats.
He’s being held on $15,000 bond and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 20.
