McConnells Mill State Park is inviting the public to enjoy nature during an outdoor activity this weekend.
A Waterfall to Waterfall Hike will take place Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Kildoo Picnic Area.
Participants can join the park naturalist for a challenging four and a half mile hike to several scenic waterfalls while learning about local geology, eastern hemlock forests, and waterfall safety.
Those planning to attend should wear sturdy hiking boots, dress for the weather, bring drinking water, and a few snacks.
