A Pittsburgh man is facing charges after being taken into custody for outstanding warrants.
On April 9 around 1 p.m. officers pulled over 33-year-old Joseph Bell. He had an outstanding warrant and was taken into custody.
While being searched at the Butler County Prison, police found Bell had 130 stamp bags of suspected heroin on him.
Bell has been charged with possession of a controlled substance by an inmate.
Bell is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
