Butler County will see a couple of administrators in new positions.
Maria Malloy will move from Chief Clerk to Director of Human Resources. She has been Chief Clerk since October of last year and first started with Butler County in 1995 in several roles with the courts before becoming a confidential administrative assistant to different commissioners.
Shawn Pugh will assume the duties and title of Chief Clerk in addition to his current role as the Director of Procurement. Pugh has been with Butler County in criminal justice positions since 1999 apart from two years he spent as Slippery Rock Borough Manager.
The appointments are effective May 4th with official ratification at meetings later next month.
