Mike Kelly has voted to fund the federal government, ending one of the longest partial-governments shut downs.
Funding for the Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration has been passed.
This vote ends a 75-day stand-off for funding for several government agencies.
Republicans were able to pass the reconciliation bill with majority support.
Funding for these agencies is expected to go out immediately.
