Adults- young and old- are welcome to enjoy a day on the water at a local park this week.
Moraine State Park is holding a “Hidden River Paddle” on Wednesday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the McDanel’s Launch on the North Shore. Park staff will lead a beginner’s exploration of this area of Lake Arthur.
This nature-based event is for ages 12 and older with those under 18 to be accompanied by an adult. Participants can bring their own kayaks. A limited number of kayaks are available. Life jackets are required.
