Slippery Rock University and the Slippery Rock Senior Center are teaming up to provide programming.
Students in the occupational therapy doctorate program will be providing activities for seniors a couple of days this summer. The first will happen next Tuesday when seniors will have a chance to plant flowers, which allows them to improve dexterity.
The second event will happen on July 7th, which is scheduled to include a balancing assessment.
The events are free to seniors.
