Local farmers and merchants will mark a special occasion tomorrow as part of a Cranberry Township event.
The Cranberry Town Square Market tomorrow (Friday) from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Armstrong Great Lawn will have a theme of Star-Spangled Summerfest.
In addition to vendors offering farm-fresh produce, homemade crafts and goods, and other artisanal items, the event will open with the singing of the National Anthem, and the first 300 kids in attendance will receive a free American flag. Attendees will also have an opportunity to take a photo with CT, the Township Waterpark’s mascot and ice cream will be offered from Cranberry Dairy Queen.
The Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber holds this free event weekly through the beginning of September.
