Many communities across Butler County are celebrating America’s 250th anniversary this week.
The Zelienople Historical Society is a highlight this week by organizing two attempts to break world records.
With collaboration from RecordSetters, the Historical Society is trying to break the records for most people waving American flags in unison and most people singing the national anthem at the same time.
The Zelienople celebration will happen Saturday morning at 11 a.m. The public is invited to attend and try to break the record.
