My father was Gary Myers, who ran for Congress from the Butler County area a few times in the 1970s. During his 1972 campaign, my mother handmade quite a bit of his campaign material using magic markers and index cards.
I know this is a long shot, but if anyone still has one of those handmade signs, cards, or other campaign items tucked away somewhere, I’d be very grateful for the opportunity to buy it.
