Pennsylvania’s top cop is calling for strong guardrails and regulation for A.I. development.
In a released statement, Attorney General Dave Sunday said recent comments made by leaders of A.I. companies calling for a slowdown of development is “an important inflection point in this debate.”
Sunday continued by requesting “Big Tech” work with law enforcement to protect consumers and children to “ensure that safety protocols are effective.”
This statement comes after A.I. leaders themselves called for more oversight of A.I. development.
