Butler County Community College is continuing the celebration of their 60th anniversary.
The college officially opened to students 60 years ago tomorrow—on September 26, 1966. There were 431 students enrolled in classes that year.
To mark what is known as Founders Day, the college is embarking on a fundraising initiative known as the 1966 Challenge. The drive asks for donations of $19.66 that will go toward the BC3 Education Foundation.
The money will be used to benefit the Pioneer Pantry and other campus initiatives.
You can donate online via BC3’s website.
