The public is invited to an event later today that will help local pets.
The Butler Area Skatepark Association is hosting A Mobile Pet-Pantry from noon to 2 p.m. at Father Marinaro Park.
With assistance from the Butler County Humane Sociaety, the goal of this event is to provide assistance to those having trouble caring for pets.
Attendees will be able to pick up dog food, cat food, treats, and pet toys at no cost. Supplies are limited.
