The Department of Veterans Affairs recently singled out Butler VA as exemplifying exceptional Patient Experience and Employee Experience scores in patient satisfaction and trust.
Butler VA achieved this rank through sustained excellence and continuous improvement designed to meet the needs and expectations of Veterans and their families. These awards were announced during the annual VA National Customer Experience Symposium.
Butler VA previously earned the VHA Best Overall Experience Award in 2020.
