Thousands of bottles of a popular rehydration drink are being recalled after an unknown ingredient.
Over 122,000 cases of lemon lime, lemon lime zero, orange, and orange zero Gatorade were recalled because of undeclared yellow no. 6 and no. 5.
The recall effects 37 states including Pennsylvania and Ohio.
The recall that was issued on September 25 but on October 2 was upgrade to a Class II recall which raised the risk level to moderate risk to consumers.
The effected bottles have an expression date from June 7 to April 23, 2027.
