The Pittsburgh Penguins lost to the Anaheim Ducks 5-3 last night. The loss snapped a four-game winning streak. The Pens opened the scoring with an Evgeni Malkin goal in the first period, but then allowed four goals in the second period.
The Pens visit the Los Angeles Kings tonight at 10pm. Hear the game on WISR beginning at 9:30pm. The Penguins were winless in their first four games of back-to-back scheduling, but have gone 4-0-2 in their past six.
Penguins goaltender Matt Murray’s father has passed away in Ontario. Murray will be away from the Penguins indefinitely.
