–North Hills defeated Butler 53-49 in double overtime. Jordan Kauffman led Butler with 25, including five three-point field goals.
–Knoch-45 Apollo-Ridge-29. Lauren Cihonski led the Knights with 15.
–Franklin Regional topped Mars 52-51. Tai Johnson led the Planets with 23.
–North Catholic-75 Freeport-63. Tess Myers led the Trojans with 26. Madeline Clark led the Yellow Jackets with 19.
Tonight in Boys Basketball:
–Butler will visit North Hills. Pre-game on WBUT is 7:20pm.
–Knoch will host Yough. WISR pre-game is 7:15pm.
Rifle:
–Butler-798 Hempfield 795.Top shooters for Butler were Andrew Arbanas, Riley Rodgers, Alec Stamm, Taylor Gilliand, Kayla Kopelic and Aiden Ketterer with 100’s.
The Armstrong bowlers swept Kiski Area. The Armstrong boys won 4-1/2 to 2-1/2. Girls won 5-2.
