The AC Valley School District is on a two-hour delay this morning.
Superintendent David McDeavitt says the delay is due to a power outage impacting the district.
The two-hour delay is for the entire district.
There are around 400 Central Electric Cooperative customers without power this morning; those are in Venango and Clarion Counties.
