Attorney General Dave Sunday has joined a bipartisan coalition calling for a crack down on the sale of online E-Cigarette Sales.
26 State Attorney Generals urging the company Shopify and the city of New York to better regulate merchants who sell illegal tobacco products.
The AGs are specifically targeting 29 illegal e-cigarette websites hosted on Shopify and have offered to assist Shopify to identify these sellers.
E-Cigarettes can be highly addictive, pose health risks, and are regulated at both the federal and state levels.
