The Pennsylvania Attorney General is alerting residents who took prescriptions from a drug maker are now eligible for settlement money.
Pennsylvania has joined a multistate coalition with a $39.1 million and $10 million settlement with the generic drug manufacturer Apotex and Heritage. These manufacturers are accused of inflating prices between May of 2009 and December 2019.
If you purchased any drugs from these two pharmaceutical companies, you are asked to check a list of generic prescription drugs with the Attorney Generals office.
If you believe you are eligible you can call the toll-free number 1-866-290-0182 to file a claim.
