Pennsylvania’s top law enforcement official is warning residents about the impact of a recent national restaurant chain bankruptcy filing.
According to Attorney General Michelle Henry, the bankruptcy of Red Lobster could impact people with unused gift cards as well as those planning to use coupons, loyalty points, or rewards.
Restaurants may close without warning so checking the Red Lobster website is a good idea before making plans to visit a certain location.
Customers who experience issues while attempting to redeem Red Lobster rewards, loyalty points, coupons, or gift cards at a Red Lobster restaurant still open for business should contact the AG’s Bureau of Consumer Protection for assistance.
The only Red Lobster that is poised to close in Pennsylvania at this point is in Erie.
