The hot temperatures are a preview of the summer and Butler County park officials are getting ready for the opening of the Alameda Waterpark.
The pool is set to open June 6th this year.
Summer passes are available for purchase. The county is also exploring an update to the main slide at the pool. It would be for rust removal and painting.
Park officials also say they are still looking for lifeguards and other seasonal workers, including camp counselors.
More information can be found on the county’s website.
