Alameda Park is continuing to work on keeping its woods and trees in good condition.
Park officials will begin exploring invasive species management on park property. The process will look to identify certain plants that would be listed as invasive, and the steps necessary to remove them.
The park will also continue looking into tree management and health restoration.
Park leaders say it’s a part of their initiative to keep all areas of the property accessible and safe for park-goers.
