A local government agency is collecting items for those on their home deliver meal list and senior center.
The Butler County Area Agency on Aging is looking to collect items for stocking gifts for the approximately 300 people on their meal deliver list. Twilight Wish is providing the stockings.
The senior center will also be receiving stockings but in addition to the traditional non-perishable items and winter clothing they are asking for Keurig K-cups and tea.
The items can be dropped off at the Butler County Area Agency on Aging office on Sunnyview Circle, suite 101, building three in Butler between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Items include:
- hygiene products
- hats, gloves, scarves, and socks
- non-perishable snacks and breakfast items
- crossword and word search puzzles books
- small flashlights
- tissue, and Chapstick
