The Houston Astros made World Series history last night with just the second no-hitter in baseball’s premier event. Christian Javier combined with three other relievers in keeping the Philadelphia Phillies hitless in their 5-0 victory. It was the first combined no-hitter in World Series history, and first no-hitter since Don Larsen’s perfect game in 1956. The series is now tied at two games a piece. The game came a day after the Phillies had hit a World Series record five home runs in winning Game 3. The fifth game of the series will be played tonight in Philadelphia. First pitch tonight is just after 8pm. The series will return to Houston Saturday night.
