Pennsylvania’s Attorney General is suing one of the nation’s largest manufacturers of vaping products.
The lawsuit filed by Josh Shapiro claims that Juul Labs marketed its e-cigarettes toward teens. Shapiro is seeking an injunction to either halt the sale of Juul products in the state or force the manufacturer to drastically change their business practices.
According to the suit, Shapiro says a quarter of high school students in PA have used e-cigarettes.
