Butler County Community College finalized their budget for this year and they did not see a significant raise to tuition costs.
On Wednesday, the board of trustees approved a $28.2 million operating budget nearly 6 percent lower than last year.
The budget also includes a $2 tuition and fee increase for all students.
Some of the largest decreases in the budget are salaries and benefits, which went down by 3.4 and 4.9 percent.
