Butler County Community College is getting ready to celebrate the graduation of the latest class of students later this week.
The college’s 58th graduation ceremony is planned for Wednesday at 5 p.m. in the Field House of the BC3 main campus in Butler Township.
Author and children’s advocate Gregg Behr will deliver the keynote address while BC3 President Megan M. Coval and Joseph E. Kubit, chair of the college’s board of trustees are also expected to make remarks.
Nearly 490 BC3 graduates will receive diplomas this year. This includes a record 106 registered nursing graduates and over 30 graduates of an early childhood education (Pre K-4) associate degree program.
