Butler Health System is providing more in-depth data about hospitalizations due to COVID-19.
Officials say that since February 1st, the hospital has treated 140 patients for the coronavirus. Of that number 84 percent were unvaccinated, 13.5 percent were partially vaccinated, and three patients were fully vaccinated.
20 of those 140 patients died of the virus according to BHS. Breaking down those numbers, 75 percent were unvaccinated, 15 percent partially vaccinated, and one fully vaccinated person died of COVID-19.
As of Friday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating 11 patients for the coronavirus, with two COVID patients in the ICU.
