Visitors are welcome to an event later this week at a local state park that will focus on birds.
Moraine State Park will host a Fall Warbler Bird Walk on Tuesday from 8 a.m. to noon at the Old 422 Launch by Region 2 Office Prospect Exit.
Park staff and local members of the Todd Bird Club will lead a short hike around this area of the park where participants will have the chance to spot as many warblers as possible as well as other fall migrants.
Birders of all skill levels are welcome to bring binoculars, water, and snacks with some binoculars available if needed.
