Butler Health System officials say they are vaccinating over 1,000 people per day, if the vaccine is available.
According to an update late last week, Butler Memorial Hospital can administer 1,200 shots per day, with Clarion Hospital vaccinating 600.
However, the amount of people that can be vaccinated depends upon the availability of the vaccine and Butler Health System officials say that the amount allotted to the hospital by the state is unpredictable.
Anyone over the age of 65 and healthcare workers are eligible to receive the vaccine at Butler Memorial Hospital. You can register online at ButlerHealthSystem.org.
