Independence Health System’s Butler Memorial Hospital has once again received recognition for their ongoing commitment to the best care possible for patients dealing with heart attack symptoms.
The American College of Cardiology has presented the hospital with the NCDR Chest Pain – MI Registry Platinum Performance Achievement Award for 2025.
This award recognizes Butler Memorial Hospital’s commitment and success in implementing a higher standard of care for heart attack patients. The hospital also demonstrated sustained achievement for two consecutive years at the highest level of performance level standards.
323 hospitals nationwide received this award. This is the ninth time out of the last ten years that our local Independence Health System facility has been honored with this recognition.
