Butler Memorial Hospital is looking for high school students that are interested in a career in healthcare.
The hospital is accepting applications for their Junior Auxiliary Program. As part of the program, students will volunteer their time to learn about the different departments and their roles in a healthcare system.
Applicants must be entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year this fall. It runs from early June to mid-August and requires a commitment of at least 30 hours.
The application deadline is March 31st. Applications can be found on the Independence Health system website, at a school’s guidance counselor’s office, or in the Tower Lobby Information Desk at Butler Memorial Hospital.
