An official boundary line now exists between two southern municipalities.
Cranberry and Jackson Township have both approved a new established boundary line that will separate the townships.
Officials say the original charter for both townships could not be located, creating confusion on where the boundary was actually located.
The new defined line was approved by both township boards.
