Boys Basketball:
–Central Catholic-57 Butler-48. The Vikings swept the season series with the Golden Tornado. Butler will complete section play at home Friday night against Pine-Richland.
–Hampton remained unbeaten in section play following a 56-48 win over Knoch. The Talbots improved to 17-3 this season and 9-0 in Class 4A Section 1. Jackson Bauman led Knoch with 18 points. The Knights travel to Highlands to complete section play Friday.
–North Allegheny-73 Seneca Valley-52.
–Chartiers Valley-65 Mars-50.
–North Catholic-103 Blackhawk-62. Max Hurray scored 39 for the Trojans. He scored 34 of those points in the opening half, connecting on six three-point shots.
–Greensburg Salem-48 Freeport-46.
–Slippery Rock-73 Wilmington-28. Josh Book netted 21 points and collected 10 rebounds to lead the Rockets.
–Sharon-44 Grove City-39.
