The Atlanta Braves are a win away from the World Series after they defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers 9-2 last night in the National League Championship Series. Eddie Rosario hit two home runs in the game for the Braves as they took a 3-1 series lead. Game Five is tonight in Los Angeles at 8:08pm.
The Houston Astros defeated the Boston Red Sox 9-1 last night and have taken a 3-2 lead in the American League Championship Series. Yordan Alvarez led Houston with three hits and three RBI’s. Starting pitcher Framber Valdez took a two-hit shutout into the seventh inning and became the first pitcher this postseason to reach eight innings. The series moves back to Houston for Game Six Friday night.
