A Bruin man accused of sexually assaulting a minor is now facing more charges.
Police say 40-year-old Daniel Wolfe allegedly told another minor to attack the original victim in the case to prevent testimony.
In August 2024, Wolfe had charges filed against him for the alleged sexual assault of a then 14-year-old.
Wolfe has been charged with intimidate a witness, criminal solicitation, and intimidate or intends to intimidate a person from providing or withholding information.
Wolfe was out on bail in the previous case but in the new case his bail has been set at $50,000 and he has been placed in the Butler County Prison.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for April 6.
