Buffalo Elementary School spent last week raising funds for a school worker whose house caught on fire earlier this month.
All last week, students participated in fundraising activities as part of the annual “Kids Helping Kids” effort. This year, the fundraising benefitted a family that lost their home in a fire earlier this week.
Between the fundraising in school and a GoFundMe page, they have raised over $10,000.
