Boys Basketball:
–Butler defeated Bishop Canevin 80-73 last night in their opening game of the Holiday Bash tournament at North Allegheny high school. The Golden Tornado had five players score in double figures, led by Devin Carney who netted 23.
–North Catholic defeated Gateway 75-69. Andrew Maddalon led the Trojans with 23.
–Host N.A. defeated Imani Christian 74-44.
–In the Mercer Tournament – Mercer defeated Moniteau 46-24.
–Princeton, Ohio defeated Mars 58-44 in the Pensacola Beach tournament in Florida.
Girls Basketball:
–South Fayette defeated Seneca Valley 67-53 in the Bethel Park Round Robin tournament. Olivia West led the Raiders with 31.
Tonight—The Knoch Boys and Girls will participate in the Kiski Holiday tournament. Hear their games on WISR. The Knoch Girls will face Ligonier Valley today at 3pm. Pre-game is 2:45pm. The boys face Ligonier Valley at 4:30pm.
