Butler County is moving forward with plans that could lead to selling a piece of property at Sunnyview.
The county is starting the process to have the former district magistrate building and aging building subdivided.
The property was previously included with the county’s 911 center and other buildings on the property.
This would allow the county to sell the property by itself if a buyer was interested.
