Boys Golf Wednesday:
Butler’s Hunter Swidzinski tied for medalist honors at the WPIAL Section Qualifier with a 71 at Cranberry Highlands Golf Club. It is the second straight year he was medalist in the section qualifier. All six golfers from Butler qualified for the WPIAL advanced into the semifinals Monday at Latrobe Country Club. Marcos Lopez of Seneca Valley and Lukas Singh of Mars were third with rounds of 73. The Raiders and Planets advanced four golfers each.
