
Residents young and old are invited to celebrate National Library Week which begins tomorrow (Monday).
Butler Area Public Library is encouraging visitors of all ages to stop by throughout the week for a variety of activities and resources.
Friends of the Library is holding a book sale in the first floor beginning at 9 a.m. through Saturday. Paperbacks are a quarter, hardcovers, CDs, and DVDs are available for a dollar, and kids books are a quarter each or six for a dollar. Payment by cash, check, and card is accepted.
Tuesday is Librarian Training Camp for kids in K to 4th grade in the Children’s Department at 6 p.m. and Wednesday at 6 p.m. is Crafty Adults making recycled picture frames in the Young Adult Department.
