A local organization is inviting the public to an event later this week.
The Butler Lions Club will host a meet and greet gathering Tuesday at 6:15 p.m. at the Butler Blind Association.
This gathering will include pizza and salad with the goal of informing attendees about what the club does in the community.
The Butler Lions Club began in 1923 and anyone interested in joining the club is welcome to attend membership meetings held the first and third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.
