A local man is facing charges after an alleged assault that occurred earlier this week.
According to Butler Township Police, 22-year-old Bradley Bender struck, pushed, and grabbed a victim just before 2 p.m. Monday at Old Plank Estates.
Authorities also say that Bender attempted to strangle the victim who was then transported to Butler Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
Bender has been charged with simple assault, harassment, and strangulation.
