A Butler man is facing several charges after it’s alleged he fired a gun at several people in Center Township.
On Monday, just before 9:30 p.m. police were dispatched to a home on the 200 block of Lakewood Drive for reported shots fired.
When police arrived on scene they spoke with the alleged shooter 52-year-old Bryan Presco.
According to charging documents, Presco told police he fired warning shots above the head of three teenagers he alleged were doing burnouts.
When police spoke with the four victims they claimed they were helping a vehicle that was having technical issues. The victims claim Presco came outside and fired shots that flew past their heads. After shots were fired the group ran from the scene.
The group would later return to the location of the shooting to locate which house the shots came from but that’s when it’s alleged Presco fired three more shots at two vehicles with six people between the vehicles.
Presco has been charged with nine counts of aggravated assault and four counts of recklessly endangering another person and is being held in the Butler County Prison on $150,000 bond as he awaits a preliminary hearing.
