A local driver will face charges following an incident that occurred Labor Day in neighboring Mercer County.
According to the Grove City Police, 56-year-old John D Clark III of Butler was arrested after a traffic stop in the area of North Broad Street and Cranberry Road around 8:30 p.m. on Monday.
Police say that Clark was under the influence of narcotics and in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia such as meth, cocaine, THC, and some marijuana.
Clark was booked into the Mercer County Jail and held on a probation detainer.
